India Canada Association of Waterloo Region is holding the annual South Asian Cultural Festival "Mela 2016" on Sunday, September 11, 2016 at the Civic Centre/Rotunda at the City of Kitchener, 200 King St. W. Kitchener from 11:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. ADMISSION IS FREE, Free underground parking.
