India Canada Association of Waterloo Region is holding the annual South Asian Cultural Festival "Mela 2019" on Sunday, September 8, 2019 at the Kitchener City Hall, 200 King St. W. Kitchener from 11:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. ADMISSION IS FREE, Free underground parking.
